Everyday Beauty

⊹⊱Following a long, frustrating and tiresome day on campus, I was about to let out a good "Fuck" but refrained from filling the rest of my day with obscenities. Instead, I looked up to the sky and stopped right in the middle of the Humanities bridge. I didn't care about the traffic I was impeding. For in that moment when I stopped to breathe and take in nature's beauty, I lived. Nothing mattered more than myself and that moment. I took another breath and with a content smile, I began to walk towards my last class.

That moment captivated me so much, and I knew I was going to be just fine.
